MIND OVER MIND,MIND UNDER MIND

Questions to the mind, from the mind, about the mind.

Are we using our mind or is our mind using us? If our mind is using us are we watching that process unfold? What is our relationship to our minds when we use it and when it uses us? What do these relationships feel like? If we are using our mind, how are we using it? If our mind is using us, how is it using us?

Softly approaching the questions.

The questions above are firm in their nature and their for are needed to penetrate deeply however, to receive the rich insights of awareness that the questions bring, being open in a soft manner is essential. What is being open in a soft manner? It is to be ready. Alert yet relaxed. Regardless of how many thoughts per second we are thinking, It is still possible to be ready, alert and relaxed. And even if we can’t be ready alert and relaxed, we may still be able be ready, alert and relaxed to the fact that we are not ready, alert and relaxed. I think if I get any more into this train of thought, I am libel to get so tensed that I may slide right of the train tracks
